I started Solstice Trauma Healing as a space to work on healing in a holistic and mindful way through multiple modalities.

I believe in the power of healing and transformation through multiple methods, including therapy, spirituality, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized therapy services to guide individuals through their oftentimes difficult, but needed, healing journey. I understand that each person's story is different, and I'm here to offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore, heal, and grow.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a holistic perspective, honoring the mind-body connection in the healing process. I am committed to helping my clients uncover their inner strength and resilience, empowering them to embrace life with renewed vitality and purpose.

I primarily focus on a trauma-informed perspective, utilizing multiple modalities, mainly focusing on IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy.
